When I asked my daughter for help naming some of my pieces she suggested Boris as a joke. So when I couldn't decide what to call these pretty earrings Boris it was!
These lovely earrings are totally hand made from Argentium sterling silver and feature a really prettyrey glass bead with hues of purple. The dangle part measures 4cm in length and the silver part at the bottom is 0.75cm

Fine silver is 99.9% pure silver and is very resistant to tarnish. Sterling silver is 92.5% silver and 92.5% copper which is stronger than fine silver but tarnishes easily. Argentium sterling silver has some of it's copper content replaced with Germanium making it considerably more tarnish resistant than traditional sterling silver and just as strong.
